Slowly: The app to create videos in slow motion on Windows Phone 8.1

Here comes Windows Phone 8.1 on a new application that allows you to create the classic slow motion effect on video shot by our smartphones.


The app, called Slowly, was built by the Italian Fela Ameghino and allows you to slow down our video of 25%, 40% or 50%. Through the simple graphical interface we can choose whether to slow down the entire video or just a small portion of it with a low resolution preview so you immediately see the result of the processing.

Once you have completed our work we can save it and share it on our terminal via messages, email, Facebook, and other OneDrive.
