It's always nice to take a look beyond the technologies that we now find in the stores to see what the future holds , and today we show a prototype of a smartphone that can be folded back on itself and with various displays to add and remove to will via magnets , and that may work synergistically or separately.
It's called PaperFold and the concept behind this product is simple: why not make its flexible ePaper display larger or smaller by attacking the extensions necessary ? For example, one screen when you use it as a smartphone and then add more if you need them in Google Maps.
Everything seems to be perfectly integrated , with a lot of 3D in Google Earth and other interesting features, but the fact remains that before they can be launched on the market these technologies must be able to find their own utility that makes it really more advantageous than a product traditional . Will they ? Waiting to know . Following, video and photos of the smartphone.
