Facebook buys Moves, an application dedicated to fitness that track our sport

It is not yet finished the month and here we are again talking about a new acquisition completed by Facebook. The company's Mark Zuckerberg bought ProtoGeo Corporation, developers of the application Moves.

As we can see it is an application for fitness, able to track our activities and to create a continuous timeline that summarizes everything that we did. Moves M7 supports the new processor from Apple and then fails to be even a pedometer and to determine our progress.

This acquisition follows that of WhatsApp to $ 19 billion, and Oculus Rift for $ 2 billion. Samsung this year has gone very wearable devices that can become personal assistants for fitness and so you think you can do even with Apple iWatch and application Healthbook. Facebook definitely does not want to be left behind and probably has in mind something bigger about the fitness industry.

If you are interested you can download the free application Moves from This Link. It's available for all Apple devices.
