Xiaomi working on a tablet in collaboration with Intel or NVIDIA

The rumors took for the imminent presentation of the first tablet Xiaomi not have been correct: the Chinese company has presented other devices last April 23, but the possibility to launch a tablet in the coming months remains concrete.

In particular, as reported by Focus Taiwan , Xiaomi would be in contact with both Intel and NVIDIA to ensure the provision of a SoC to be used for its first tablet. The device, according to reports, should be equipped with 7.85-inch display with 2048 × 1536 resolution and come to market during the third or fourth quarter of 2014 at a price of about 160 U.S. Dollars.
