Shown in a video backgrounds of the Start screen of Windows Phone 8.1

The video below show you the functioning of the wallpapers in the background for the first time in a video, just leaked from China, on a Lumia 630.

As you can see in the video below, you can set the image of your choice from the hub photo, crop it, and set it as the background on your Start screen. In the settings you can also choose the number of columns in the Start screen. You will notice that the image moves with parallax effect under the tile, which run over with a transparency effect.
