How to recover a stolen Facebook account

'' Hacked'' Facebook is a service offered to recover a compromised account by third parties

Facebook: a den of authentic personal information, habits and confidence. And it is quite legitimate, almost justified, fear of finding themselves at any moment with your Facebook account stolen, maybe at the mercy of someone who could not only fun to make some trouble too by using your name, but it might have to available to your entire virtual life.

One possibility is not very common, but it exists: meet with your Facebook account stolen is not difficult, just a moment of inattention, and the damage is done. Think, for example, to leave your account logged in on a shared computer, on the computer of a friend, of losing your smartphone / tablet, let written for your password in an unusual place, to reveal it by mistake or many other scenarios like that ...

The practice, then, is always the same: the attacker gains access to your account, seizes it, you change the password (so it does not make you more access) and begins his work. With a bit of luck and a good amount of memory, however, you can still retrieve a stolen Facebook accounts and reset the password by using a feature of Facebook, actually a little hidden, but it does its job very well.

Let's see what it is.

Before you proceed, you will notice that it is essential to know:

 - the reference email account;
 - (Of course) the name and the last name of your account;
 - the name of at least one friend from your contact list;
 - your old password;
 - Your username (the one specified in the final part of your facebook page, for example: http://www.facebook.com/name_surname)

At this point you have to do is go on the page facebook.com/hacked and follow the wizard's instructions: As you will be asked for the information listed at the top, and if everything will be fine, you'll have the ability to reset your password and recover the account.

Of course, I recommend that you change the password of the email reference and possibly disconnect from your account applications you no longer use as an additional safety measure.
